As a member of Zoi, you are committing yourself to participate in at least: (2) two civic events, (1) one fundraiser, (1) one social event, ALL general meetings, and (1) one Sertoma meeting per semester. Failure to do so will be considered resignation from Zoi.
​
Do keep in mind, however, that this is only the required amount of credits for each member. We do highly AND strongly encourage all girls to keep volunteering at events even if they have already completed their required amount of credits for the semester.

REQUIREMENTS PER SEMESTER

2 CIVIC CREDITS
(i.e. RR Serving Center, Ronald McDonald House, Special Olympics, Texas Baptist Children's Home, etc.)

Note: (3) Three no shows will result in the loss of a civic credit and you will be required to complete a total of three civic credits to meet Zoi requirements for that semester.

1 FUNDRAISER CREDIT

1 SOCIAL CREDIT
Fall Semester: Kick-off Tea

*NOTE: A member must notify the President or Vice President of a school-related conflict (i.e. sports practice) at least one week prior to the General Meeting. If you have a family emergency or are sick the day of a General Meeting, please contact the President or 1st VP as soon as possible. Only 2 "Excused" General Meeting absences are allowed per year. Generally, you can substitute attending a Board Meeting in place of a General Meeting. (3) Three unexcused absences from club meetings will be considered the members' resignations.
